Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.

Items should be unused and in a resealable condition.

You must pay the cost of returning an item. We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item. 

When sending the bag back, ensure you’ve put your name and order number so we are able to refund you.

Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed when they are delivered to ours returns address. Refunds cannot be processed until this time has elapsed.
